Savannah Lions, a classic white 1-drop from Alpha, held their ground as a staple for a while. Wizards started printing strictly better creatures in 2013, but they had all been humans or humanoid creatures. 2023 added insult to injury when they printed a strictly better Mouse (Cheeky House-Mouse).
